NSDC had signed an agreement with “SWADHIN” at New Delhi on 23rd December, 2016 under the Companies Act, 1956.
NSDC is a non-Profit Public Private Participation (PPP) body, set up by the Finance Ministry of Indian Govt. to spread out their Skill Development Project throughout the country.
NSDC is aimed at the promotion of the skill development by funding for profit vocational institutes so as to meet the growing need of Indian IT sector.
NSDC has to provide skill development for program around 500 million people by 2022.
